Where is class?

Our SUP Yoga and paddle board fitness classes launch from the New Hampshire Seacoast. Class locations in New Castle and Portsmouth, NH are confirmed with participants during the booking process. Don’t worry! You’ll receive a map and directions in your confirmation email. Generally, you’ll find we’re about a 10 minute drive or 30 min walk from downtown Portsmouth.

What do I need?

We aim to provide a SUP Yoga experience filled with ease so you can focus on unwinding and enjoying your practice. When you practice with us, all equipment is included: paddle boards, paddles, leashes, life vests and anchors. And, our SUP gear is top-notch thanks to our partner Portsmouth Paddle Co.

We practice on All Around paddle boards (not inflatables) with deck nets for easy storage, and paddle with lightweight, carbon-fiber paddles. Our low profile waist-belt style life vests can remain comfortably on your person during your practice, or removed and placed under your deck net. We have also developed a custom anchor line to make your anchoring experience as seamless as possible so we can dive right into class.

We suggest you bring a water bottle and a fanny pack or dry bag to store keys or other personal items.

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Quick-drying athletic wear, or swimsuits with board shorts, are perfect options for SUP Yoga. Wear or bring light layers for sun and wind protection, and to adjust to morning and evening temperature fluctuations. A hat or visor will help keep the sun out of your eyes and is recommended over sunglasses, which can fall into the water and sink (unless you have floating croakies). While water shoes are welcome, we recommend bare feet for your practice. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen and to hydrate before and after class!
