Gain the confidence to enjoy a floating practice all summer long with this Introduction to Paddle Board Yoga workshop! The session begins with paddle boarding and SUP Yoga fundamentals. A series of yoga poses will be explored with step-by-step guidance. Class ends with a flow to apply your new skills.

Visiting the NH or Maine Seacoast? Curious what the SUP Yoga hype is all about? This All Levels - Paddle Board Yoga class is perfect for vacationers or locals with little to no prior experience. A gentle yoga class, this session is a perfect compliment to your regular fitness and wellness routine. Class concludes with our signature relaxation.
No prior yoga, SUP Yoga or paddle boarding experience required for Intro and All Levels classes.

Eager to take your Paddle Board Yoga practice to the next level? Our Level 2 classes are the first in NH to provide this opportunity. While anchored in mindfulness, progress your floating asana. A yoga and SUP Yoga practice and completion of our prerequisites are required for participation.
Prerequisites must be fulfilled to participate in Level 1 and Level 2 classes.
