Advancing Your Practice

SEAVASANA's Level 1 and Level 2 classes provide the opportunity to advance your Paddle Board Yoga and fitness practice through regular attendance. First, it is important to have a solid foundation to build upon. Ensuring that minimum requirements are met enables you to elevate your practice beyond the All Levels beginner experience.

 
 
 

Level 1 - Paddle Board Yoga

Prerequisites

• On-land yoga experience (any level)
• Some prior paddle boarding experience
• Completion of our Paddle Board Yoga Prep course


Level 2 - Paddle Board Yoga

Prerequisites

• A regular on-land yoga practice
• Paddle boarding experience
• Prior Paddle Board Yoga experience
• Completion of our Paddle Board Yoga Prep course

 
 

Why are there prerequisites?

Foundational knowledge about paddle boarding and how to transition yoga poses to paddle boards is essential to ensure your on-water experience is safe and that the integrity of your yoga practice is not compromised. Our prerequisites provide you with the knowledge and skills to advance your SUP Yoga practice all summer long.
